Florence Crittenton High School has a Denver Health School Based Clinic on campus to meet all of our students’ health care needs and the health needs of their children. Students can make an appointment by calling 720-423-8950. Clinic hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the school year. Our medical experts provide women’s care, physical exams and vaccinations – at NO COST to students or their families. Parents must sign a consent form before a student can go to the school based health clinic for medical care.

The Florence Crittenton Denver Health Clinic location provides:

• Prenatal/ Pregnancy Care

• General Gynecology Services

• Family Planning Services

• Well Adolescent Checks (including sports physicals)

• Well Child (or baby) checks

• Health education

• Immunizations

• Prescriptions

• Injury and illness care

• Vision and hearing screening

• Care for chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes and depression

Denver Health School Based Clinics also have access to dental services and specialty care for adults and children provided by Denver Health.
